Poe Springs Clubhouse

• Full Day: $250 9a-5p

• Extended Day: $300 8a-6p

• Night Rental: $300 6p-10p

Rental of the Cluhouse includes the following:

• Clubhouse access and use for the hours chosen for up to 54 guests

• Private restroom facilities

• 54 chairs

• 8 folding tables

• 20 parking passes

• Covered exterior area with picnic tables

Applicant is responsible for all guests including but not limited to their behavior while inside the park and any injuries or damages that may occur due to their behavior.

Applicant must obtain all licenses and pay any taxes/fees that come with those licenses

Applicant is responsible for any damages and cleanliness of facilities associated with the Clubhouse.

No use of flammable or explosive materials

No use of alcohol, or drugs inside or outside of the Clubhouse

No smoking inside the Clubhouse

Decor (if used) must be used in a way that does not deface the Clubhouse

Applicant will have a credit hold for $200 until cleared by AOA

Cancelations must be made 7 days prior to rental time. If Adventure Protection was purchased during reservation then 100% of the rental price will be returned if canceled 7 days prior. If Adventure Protection was not purchased during the reservation process then a credit can be issued, if canceled 7 days prior. Cancelations made with less than 7 days will not be accepted.
